Nestled in the heart of our founder, Pastor Jackie, was a holy cry for God’s people for many, many years. Although the heart of a shepherd and the call of God was evident, she waited for the “release” of the Holy Spirit; that is - the timing of the Lord before moving out in her call as a “shepherd.”
Pastor Jackie is an example of the biblical principle of speaking the truth in love. She is a true minister of the Word, a committed voice of reconciliation, a student who rightly divides the scriptures and a teacher who delivers the Word of GOD with power and amazing clarity and insight. She ministers the Word and worships under an open heaven, releasing a fresh revelation of the presence and power of the Lord and His call to the Bride. Jackie is a prophetic worship leader and teacher, songwriter/psalmist, published author, international speaker, and a Certified Christian Life Coach. She is also a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC). Most importantly, she is a "worshipper" one whom the Father seeks. It thrills her heart and brings great joy to her soul as she ministers leading others into the very presence of God. Jackie founded Focused Ministries for the express purpose of turning the gaze of the people back to GOD. She is devoted to cultivating the atmosphere with worship and the word so that Heaven invades earth with revelation, power, glory and freedom. We are a church who believe in "basking" in the presence of the Lord and we don't mind waiting on Him as He is the "focus" and center of all our worship! |
