God has truly blessed the Ministry with exceptionally gifted, well-qualified, and highly anointed co-laborers. The Focused team strives to be all that God has called us to be; ever-learning and ever-growing, rendering to Him all the praise, glory and honor.

Jackie Jenkins, Focused Ministries' founder, is an example of the biblical principle of speaking the truth in
love. She is a true minister of the Word, a committed voice of reconciliation, a student who rightly divides
the scriptures and a teacher who delivers the Word of GOD with power and amazing clarity and insight.
She ministers the Word and worships under an open heaven, releasing a fresh revelation of the presence
and power of the Lord and His call to the Bride.

Jackie is an ordained minister, prophetic worship leader, teacher, songwriter/psalmist, published author,
international speaker, and a Certified Christian Life Coach. Most importantly, she is a "worshipper" one
whom the Father seeks. It thrills her heart and brings great joy to her soul as she ministers leading others
into the very presence of God.

Jackie founded Focused Ministries for the express purpose of turning the gaze of the people back to GOD.
She is devoted to cultivating the atmosphere with worship so that Heaven invades earth with revelation, power,

Lesley Smith is an ordained evangelist and teacher. In her own words, she's just a servant of the Lord.
Lesley ministers in San Quentin State Prison in San Rafael, CA. She has worked for many years in
theatrical productions with Gospel Entertainers in Oakland, CA.

God has given Lesley the gift of servanthood; she has been afforded many opportunities to serve great
women of God. Lesley's passion in life is to "Know God better and to make HIM known" by mentoring and
equipping women while showing them the more excellent way...

Teria Kidd is a strategic worshipper who has been gifted and graced by the FATHER to capture HIS heart
and bring the sound of Heaven into the room. Teria is a warrior in the spirit and in the natural. Militarily trained
to defend her country, spiritually equipped to fight for her family as a mother and wife, and called of GOD to carry
a generational anointing of business, worship and prophetic insight.

She is Worship Director at Life Church in MN and Focused Ministries is glad to have her as worship leader as we
go forth to the nations with a message of transformation in HIS presence.

Kenneth Jordan has been worshiping God for the past 20 years and has recently joined the Focused Ministries family. Kenneth grew up in San Leandro, California where he became acquainted with music at an early age.

Kenneth is a songwriter, singer, musician and teacher. He also has many years under his belt as a sound and recording engineer. Kenneth has been privileged to sing and record with many renown artists. His heart’s desire is to please and follow God’s leading with the gifts and talents he’s been entrusted with.

Gloria Jordan is a new member of the Focused Ministries family. She was born and raised in Oakland, California. She started singing for God as a child and never stopped. She indeed is a worshipper.

Gloria loves to be in the presence of God and to be used of God prophetically. She believes God equipped her not only to sing, but to direct, teach, write and even design clothes for His glory. She has been happily married to Kenneth
Jordan for almost 20 years.
